Stellantis: inauguration of a Circular Economy Hub in Turin
(CercleFinance.com) - Yesterday, Stellantis inaugurated a SUSTAINera Circular Economy Hub (CE Hub), at the heart of the Mirafiori complex in Turin (Italy).
The automaker has put in place a comprehensive plan to support its circular economy ambitions, with a 360° approach based on the 4R strategy: Reman, Repair, Reuse, Recycle. The main objectives of this innovative Circular Economy Hub are to extend the life of vehicles and spare parts. When this is no longer possible, the materials will be recycled for re-injection into the production process for new vehicles and spare parts. The opening of this site reinforces Stellantis' circular economy approach, with an investment of 40 million euros.
