Stellantis: repurchases E934m in shares from Dongfeng

(CercleFinance.com) - Stellantis and Dongfeng Motor confirm that they have reached an agreement for Stellantis to repurchase 50 million ordinary shares (1.
58% of Stellantis' share capital before cancellation) from Dongfeng, for E934m. Stellantis then intends to cancel these shares.

Dongfeng has submitted a sales offer to Stellantis specifying both the number of shares and the potential transaction schedule, while Stellantis has exercised its right to accept the offer.

The price was set at the five-day average closing price of Stellantis shares on Euronext Milan for the period ending immediately before the date on which Dongfeng submitted an offer (i.e. 21 November 2023).

Dongfeng will retain 49.2 million ordinary shares, representing 1.58% of Stellantis' share capital after the cancellation.
