Stellantis: purchases 934 million euros worth of shares from Dongfeng

(CercleFinance.com) - Stellantis and Dongfeng Motor confirm that they have reached an agreement for Stellantis to buy back 50 million ordinary shares (1.
58% of Stellantis' share capital before cancellation) from Dongfeng, for 934 million euros. Stellantis intends to cancel these shares.

Dongfeng has submitted a sales offer to Stellantis specifying both the number of shares and the potential transaction timetable, and Stellantis has exercised its right to accept the offer.

The price was set at the five-day average closing price of Stellantis shares on Euronext Milan for the period ending immediately prior to the date on which Dongfeng submitted an offer (i.e. November 21, 2023).

Dongfeng will retain 49.2 million ordinary shares, representing 1.58% of Stellantis' share capital after cancellation.
