EssilorLuxottica: launches Helix platform
(CercleFinance.com) - On Monday evening EssilorLuxottica announced the launch of Helix, an innovative digital platform designed to help eyecare professionals leverage the latest generation of technologies to manage their business more effectively.
Thanks to this platform, all their digital needs will be addressed in an integrated way, from booking appointments and orders to tele-optometry and supplementary health insurance services. Helix will rationalise the many existing technologies and reduce the administrative burden currently weighing on professionals, the Franco-Italian optical group said. Helix's first offering, a new-generation platform called Vision(X), will be made available to eyecare professionals in the US from Q2 2024, and previewed at Vision Expo West in Las Vegas.
