Eramet: sells Norwegian subsidiary ETI
(CercleFinance.com) - Eramet has sold its Norwegian subsidiary Eramet Titanium and Iron (ETI) to INEOS Enterprises for $245m.
ETI is a Norwegian plant that transforms ilmenite into titanium dioxide slag for the pigment industry. It also produces high-purity cast iron for the European foundry market.
