Rothschild & Co.: Redburn and Atlantic Equities merge

(CercleFinance.com) - Rothschild & Co.
announces that Redburn, a European broker specialised in equity research and member of the Rothschild Group, has completed the merger of its activities with US broker Atlantic Equities.

The companies have thus created the transatlantic broker Redburn Atlantic, which will be headquartered in London.

The company will provide research and execution services to around 700 institutional investors, with distribution teams based in London, New York, Boston, Paris, Frankfurt, Geneva and Madrid.

Redburn Atlantic will also be Rothschild & Co's equity capital markets execution arm, providing client participation in IPOs, placements and block trades.
