PayPal: Q2 EPS up 24%
(CercleFinance.com) - On Wednesday evening, PayPal reported 24% growth in adjusted EPS to $1.
16 for Q2 2023, as well as a 20% increase in non-GAAP operating profit to $1.6bn.
The payment solutions group's revenues rose by 7% to $7.3bn (+8% excluding currency effects), on total payment volumes that rose 11% to $376.5bn.
For FY 2023, PayPal confirms that it expects adjusted EPS to rise by around 20% to around $4.95; aside from this, it now estimates that its share buybacks should reach around $5bn.
