Peugeot: leading carmaker in PC market in September

(CercleFinance.com) - Peugeot is the leading car maker in France in September 2022.


The Peugeot 2008, 3008 and 308 are leaders in their segment. The Peugeot 208 is still the best-selling car in France in terms of passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

The electric version, the Peugeot e-208, is the best-selling electric car in France. In passenger cars, Peugeot is the number one seller to businesses.

Over the first nine months of 2022, Peugeot and the 208 remain the best-selling vehicles in France, with a market share of 6.1%.

In a passenger car market that is down 11.7%, Peugeot had a market share of 16.5%.

In a LCV market that is down 22.4%, Peugeot's market share was 17.6%. In a PC+LCV market down 14%, Peugeot has a market share of 16.7%.
