Heineken: places 1.4 billion euros of notes
(CercleFinance.com) - Heineken, the world's second largest brewer, said on Thursday that it has placed 1.
4 billion euros of five-year and ten-year notes.
The notes will mature in March 2025 and March 2030 respectively, bearing coupons of 1.625% and 2.25%, the Amsterdam-based company said.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, it added.
Banca IMI, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and HSBC were book runners in the deal.
Last week, Heineken also privately placed 100 million Swiss francs of 5-year notes with a coupon of 0.6375%.
