Canal+: Maxime Saada named Board Chairman
(CercleFinance.com) - Canal+ Group's Supervisory Board, which has met today, unanimously appointed Mr Maxime Saada as Chairman of Canal+ Group's board of directors.
Mr Maxime Saada will be responsible for the operational management of all of the Group's activities. He succeeds Mr Jean-Christophe Thiery, who has been appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board to replace Vincent Bolloré.
After working at DATAR and at the McKinsey & Company consulting firm, Mr Maxime Saada joined the Group in 2004, where he has successively headed Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Distribution and Content.
After leaving the Ministry of Finance, Mr Jean-Christophe Thiery, a graduate from ENA, spent his entire media career at Bolloré Group, which he joined in 2001 before becoming chairman of the group's board of directors in 2015.
