UnitedHealth: raises EPS target again

(CercleFinance.com) - On its quarterly results, UnitedHealth reports that it has again raised its adjusted EPS guidance for 2023 to $24.
85 to $25, compared with a target range of $24.70 to $25 three months ago.

In Q3, the insurance and health services company posted adjusted EPS of $6.56, up from $5.79 a year earlier, and operating profit up 14% y-o-y to $8.5bn.

Revenues for the Minnesota-based group came in at $92.4bn, also up 14%, with double-digit growth in its two major divisions, UnitedHealthcare (+13%) and Optum (+22%).
