Take-Two: makes net loss in Q1

(CercleFinance.com) - Take-Two Interactive has reported a net loss of 104 million dollars for Q1 2022-23 on Monday evening ($0.
76 per share), compared with a net profit of 152.3 million dollars ($1.30 per share) a year ago.

However, the video game publisher's revenues rose 36% to 1.1 billion dollars (94% of which was digital), boosted in particular by the "NBA", "Grand Theft Auto" and "Red Dead" franchises.

Take-Two has updated its outlook to include the combination with Zynga from the date of their merger (completed on 23 May), including net bookings of 5.8 to 5.9 billion dollars for FY 2022-23.
