Microsoft: Wedbush raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Wedbush reinstates its "outperform" rating on Microsoft shares, increasing its target price for them from 325 to 350 dollars, pointing to favourable winds on the cloud and Office 365 for next year.


The broker sees the Office 365 price hike for 2022 as "a smart strategic poker move that could be another $5 billion+ incremental tailwind for Redmond in 2022".

"Microsoft remains our favoritelarge cap cloud play and we believe the stock will move higher into year-end as the Street further appreciates the cloud transformation story in Redmond", it adds.
