Lennar: EPS more than doubles in 3rd quarter

(CercleFinance.com) - Lennar Corp publishes net profits of 1.
4 billion dollars for its third accounting quarter, representing 4.52 dollars per share, an EPS that has more than doubled as compared with the same period of the previous financial year (2.12 dollars).

The residential builder has achieved a rise in revenues of 18% to 6.9 billion dollars, and seen its new orders go up 19% in value to 7.5 billion dollars, taking the value of its order book to 12 billion dollars.

“Our company and the homebuilding industry as a whole continued to experience unprecedented supply chain challenges which we believe will continue into the foreseeable future” warns Lennar though, hence lowering its delivery forecasts for the quarter underway.
