IBM: collaboration with GSMA for AI training

(CercleFinance.com) - The GSMA - an international association representing the interests of more than 750 mobile operators and manufacturers - and IBM today announced a new collaboration to support the adoption of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the telecommunications sector.


The partners plan to launch a training program for GSMA Advance AI and GSMA Foundry's Generative AI program.

This AI training program aims to prepare telecoms leaders for the AI era and fill skills gaps in the telecoms sector, the partners' statement said.

GSMA Advance AI training sessions will take place at IBM offices in five locations around the world in 2024, including Dubai, London, Mexico City, New York and Seoul, and an online training program will be available in multiple languages.
