USA: +0.7% durable goods orders in April

(CercleFinance.com) - The Commerce Department reports US durable goods orders up 0.
7% last month on the previous month, following a sequential rise of 0.8% in March (revised from an initial estimate of 2.6%).

However, excluding the often erratic transportation sector, where orders rose by 1.2% month-on-month, US durable goods orders rose by just 0.4% in April.
