Dollar Tree: Q3 EPS up 29%
(CercleFinance.com) - Dollar Tree has reported Q3 EPS growth of 28.
7% at 1.39 dollar, above the consensus, with a 1.3-point improvement in its operating margin to 7.5%.
The retail chain saw its sales increase by 7.5% to 6.18 billion dollars, including a 5.1% increase at constant stores, while its gross margin increased by 1.5 point to 31.2%.
Due to continued volatility and uncertainty around the pandemic, as well as the lack of visibility regarding public stimulus packages, Dollar Tree has declined from providing any financial targets at this stage.
