Equinor: nomination committee recommends new board member

(CercleFinance.com) - The nomination committee of Norway's Equinor has recommended that shareholders elect Yara's Tove Andersen as new member to the board of directors.


Tove Andersen was recently appointed executive vice president for Europe at the Norwegian fertiliser firm Yara International.

She started her career at Norwegian aluminium producer Norsk Hydro in 1997.

The nomination committee of Equinor also recommended the re-election of board chairman Jon Erik Reinhardsen, and re-election of Jeroen van der Veer as deputy board chairman.
