ING: 5.5 million shares bought back last week
(CercleFinance.com) - ING announces that, as part of its two-billion-euro share buyback program, a total of 5.
52 million shares were bought back last week at an average price of 15.13 euros, for a total consideration of over 83.5 million euros.
This brings the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank to date to around 57.6 million, for a total consideration of 862.7 million euros, or just over 43.1% of the maximum total value of the program announced on October 31.
