ING: share buyback program nearing completion
(CercleFinance.com) - As part of its share buyback program announced on November 2, ING reports that it bought back 10,876,229 shares during the week of January 29 to February 2 inclusive, at an average price of 12.
45 euros, for a total amount of 135.4 million euros.
To date, the Dutch bank has thus bought back over 191.8 million shares for a total consideration of almost 2.47 billion euros, or around 98.9% of the total maximum value of the share buyback program.
