Altice Europe: Q2 sales up 3.8%

8% y-o-y (+3.3% at constant currencies) compared to -0.1% in Q1 2019.

Adjusted EBITDA rose by 9.8% y-o-y (+9.3% on a constant basis) compared to +4.1% y-o-y in Q1 2019. The group's adjusted EBITDA margin was 39.9% in Q2 2019 (+2.2pts over one year).

Total capex for Altice Europe amounted to 756 million euros in Q2 2019, relatively stable.

Patrick Drahi, group chairman said that Altice Europe's turnaround is now increasingly clear, meeting a new milestone in the second quarter of 2019, i.e. a return to sales growth. This operational turnaround has led the group to increase its FY forecasts.
