Airbus: terminates discussions with Atos

6%) ends discussions with Atos (-17.8%) regarding a possible acquisition of BDS.

After carefully studying all aspects of a possible acquisition of Atos' BDS (Big Data and Security) business, Airbus has decided to no longer pursue discussions with Atos on this potential transaction, it says.

At end-February, the group also announced the failure of its negotiations with EP Equity Investment (EPEI), the holding company of Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky, which was considering buying its historical activities.
