STM: a new family of positioning circuits

(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics announced on Wednesday the launch of a new family of satellite positioning receivers, designed in particular for automotive and industrial applications.


The Teseo VI range includes integrated circuits capable of receiving signals from GNSS satellite navigation systems.

In a press release, STM points out that these new chips are intended in particular for advanced automotive communications technologies, such as driver assistance software (ADAS).

In industry, its positioning circuits can be used in various fields, such as asset location, mobile robots for home delivery or crop monitoring in intelligent agriculture.
