STMicroelectronics: announces the L9963 chip

(CercleFinance.com) - STMicroelectronics today announces a new battery monitoring and protection chip that increases the reliability, safety, range and profitability of electric vehicles.


It is an Advanced Battery Management System (BMS) Control Circuit with the Highest Voltage Accuracy Level in the Industry. It extends Battery autonomy and lifespan. In addition, advanced temperature monitoring ensures greater safety.

The L9963 chip is currently being produced.
