Toyota: plans to open new HQ in Tokyo in 2030

(CercleFinance.com) - Toyota plans to open a new headquarters in Tokyo in FY 2030, in this building.


The car maker has announced the forthcoming signing of an agreement with Keikyu Corporation for the transfer of part of the land near Shinagawa station (Tokyo), and the joint construction and operation of a building.

This area is expected to see improvements in its urban functions with the opening of the maglev line and other future projects, the Japanese auto giant said.

The new Tokyo headquarters will serve as a collaborative creative space where a diverse group of partners can meet, with software development functions and facilities for demonstrations.
