(CercleFinance.com) - On July 18, 2024, Amundi Asset Management, acting on behalf of the Verallia FCPE it manages, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights in Varallia and held, on behalf of said FCPE, 3.
38% of the capital and 5.31% of the voting rights in this company.

This threshold crossing results from the merger of FCPE Verallia Relais 2024 into FCPE Verallia.
