Thermador: negotiations for an acquisition in the metering sector

(CercleFinance.com) - Thermador Groupe has entered into exclusive negotiations with the shareholders of Compteur-energie.
com, OTmetric and MyMeterinfo, for the acquisition of 100% of the shares of these three companies.

With expertise in the design and marketing of remote reading systems for electricity, water, gas, heating oil and energy meters for professional customers, they employ eight people and generate total sales of 2.8 million euros.

This project would enable the Thermador Group to strengthen its position in the metering market. It would also provide it with the knowledge and know-how needed to enhance with connected equipment certain ranges already marketed by its subsidiaries.
