URW: deployment of a traffic analysis solution

(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) has announced the deployment of French start-up Digeiz's traffic counting and qualification solution in 24 of its European shopping centers, to analyze visitors' journeys and improve their experience.


By establishing correlations between visits, window passages by visitor segments and time spent in the various spaces, this AI-based solution should enable the development of a commercial offering that meets customers' needs.

After a successful initial test in France at Westfield Vélizy 2, the commercial real estate group is now preparing to integrate this cutting-edge technology into most of its centers in Europe, by equipping itself with the necessary infrastructure.
