Fermentalg: CDC holds less than 15% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - On November 27, 2023, Caisse des dépôts et consignations (CDC) declared that it had indirectly fallen below the threshold of 15% of voting rights in Fermentalg, and that it indirectly held, through Bpifrance Participations, Bpifrance Investissement and CDC Croissance, 15.
56% of the company's capital and 14.71% of its voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the sale of Fermentalg shares on the market by CDC Croissance.
