Edenred: Edenred Repom merges with Pagbem

(CercleFinance.com) - Edenred announces the signature of an agreement with PagBem to combine assets in the Brazilian freight payment market.


Edenred will own around 70% of the combined business, with the remainder held by existing PagBem shareholders.

The combination of Edenred Repom and PagBem's activities will strengthen Edenred's leadership in the freight payment market in Brazil. This is a further step in the implementation of the Beyond22-25 strategic plan, which will notably enable the Group to further develop its Beyond Fuel offer in Brazil, it says.
