Suez: seduces Russian and Brazilian industrialists

(CercleFinance.com) - Suez has announced that it has won two contracts, in Brazil and Russia, which will see it bring its expertise in water management solutions to its industrial clients, particularly in key markets such as Energy.


In Brazil, Modec Offshore Production Systems has awarded a multi-million euro contract to Suez for the supply of a system for the ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membranes to reduce seawater sulphate levels to required levels.

In Russia, Suez signed a contract for a major wastewater treatment project and the establishment of a 10-year associated service contract with the Irkutsk Oil Company's polymer production plant in Irkutsk (Eastern Siberia).

Under these contracts, the state-of-the-art technologies provided by Suez will enable manufacturers to ensure operational excellence, improve their environmental performance, and comply with the strictest regulations, it says.
