Inéa: Serimnir falls below 5% of share capital
(CercleFinance.com) - Serimnir, a Luxembourg-based investment company, has fallen below the 5% threshold in Inéa's capital following a sale of shares on the market, according to a financial notice published on the AMF website.
As of January 16, the company controlled by Véronique Beaufour-François held 519.643 shares, representing 4.79% of the company's capital and 5.95% of its voting rights.
This announcement comes as Inéa reported on Monday a 15.5% increase in rental revenues for its 2024 financial year, a publication that was rather well received by the stock market.
