ADP: towards joint venture with Air Liquide in hydrogen

(CercleFinance.com) - Air Liquide and the ADP Group (Aéroports de Paris) have announced a project to create the first engineering joint venture specialising in supporting airports in their projects to integrate hydrogen into their infrastructures.


This announcement follows a memorandum of understanding signed in 2021 concerning feasibility studies to support the arrival of hydrogen-powered aircraft. It prepares for the deployment of decarbonised global aviation.

The joint venture, which is equally (50-50) owned by both companies, will offer services and engineering in France and abroad to support airports in their transition to hydrogen.

ADP shares are currently up over 2%, while Air Liquide shares are trailing, up about 0.5%.
