Alstom: BlackRock tops the 5% mark

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on February 6 it exceeded the thresholds of 5% of Alstom's capital and voting rights, and held 5.
03% of the transport equipment manufacturer's capital and voting rights.

The American asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of an off-market and on-market acquisition of Alstom shares, as well as an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
