(CercleFinance.com) - The Goldman Sachs Group has declared to the AMF that, on April 19, 2024, it crossed below the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Alstom and held, indirectly through the companies it controls, 0.
37% of the capital and voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing resulted from the sale of Alstom shares off-market and a reduction in the number of Alstom shares held by assimilation.

At the same time, Goldman Sachs International individually crossed below the same thresholds.
