Valneva: the Grimaud family falls below 10% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - On July 23, the Grimaud family group declared to the AMF that it had fallen below the threshold of 10% of Valneva's voting rights, following the conversion of 250,000 shares into bearer shares by Groupe Grimaud La Corbière, and held 6.
20% of the capital and 9.93% of the voting rights.
On July 18, SAS Groupe Grimaud La Corbière had individually fallen below the threshold of 10% of Valneva's voting rights, as a result of Groupe Grimaud La Corbière making one million shares bearer shares.
