Orange: CEO to leave by end-January

(CercleFinance.com) - Orange announces the departure of its CEO Stéphane Richard following the decision of the Paris Court of Appeal regarding his involvement in the Bernard Tapie-Crédit Lyonnais affair.
His departure will be effective once the implementation of a new governance structure has been completed, and at the latest on 31 January 2022.

Stéphane Richard will continue to perform his duties until the date of his departure. The Board of Directors is continuing the search process initiated a few months ago, in order to implement a new governance for the telecommunications group.
