Orange: partnership with BNP Paribas

(CercleFinance.com) - BNP Paribas is teaming up with Orange Business Services to deploy SD-WAN network technology in over 1,800 branches in France.


By integrating Orange Business Services' Flexible SD-WAN solution, BNP Paribas will benefit from a modern and agile technological foundation on which to accelerate its digital transformation.

SD-WAN technology offers a fast and easy deployment of numerous services, being both scalable and flexible.

By deploying this solution, BNP Paribas will benefit from hybrid network connectivity and native cloud, multi-cloud, multi-access, multi-application connectivity, as well as centralised and optimised management and intelligent routing for its new infrastructure, both companies said.

On Wednesday afternoon, the market seems to like this deal from Orange's viewpoint (+3%), although less so for BNP Paribas (-0.2%).
