Eramet: cuts 2022 EBITDA forecast
(CercleFinance.com) - In an inflationary context that is dragging on, and given falling sales prices, Eramet has trimmed its EBITDA forecast to around 1.
5 billion euros in 2022 (compared with around 1.6 billion previously).
The mining and metallurgical group has announced Q3 sales of 1.3 billion euros, up 34% y-o-y, including a 6% volume effect, a 17% price effect and an 11% currency effect.
Eramet has announced very good operating performance in its main mining businesses, as well as the beginning of a trend reversal in sales prices, although input costs remain high and the focus is on cost control.
