Rémy Cointreau: 9m sales down 27%

(CercleFinance.com) - Rémy Cointreau has announced sales of E956.
6m for the first nine months of 2023-24, down 26.7% as reported and down 22.7% organically (i.e. +16.7% relative to the first nine months of 2019-20).

This performance includes a 23.5% organic decline in Q3 2023-24, representing a 9.1% organic increase on Q3 2019-20, the wine and spirits group said.

For 2023-24, Rémy Cointreau anticipates a decline in sales at the lower end of the range (close to -20% in organic terms) and a controlled decline in recurring operating margin in organic terms, thanks to a major cost-cutting plan.
