Casino: sales promises signed for 20 restaurants

(CercleFinance.com) - Casino announces the signature of sales promises, as pasrt of a divestment, to Crescendo Group Restauration, of 20 restaurants under the banners "A la Bonne Heure" and "Coeur de Blé," along with the premises of six restaurants operated by franchisees.


With employees set to remain in their jobs, these signed sales agreements represent a total of approximately 20 million euros. The divestments are set to be completed at the end of 2019, subject to the usual conditions precedent.

Created in 1992 by Christopher Shafroth, Crescendo Restauration opened its first restaurant in La Teste de Buch, Gironde and now has 80 restaurants, operated under the four brands "Crescendo", "Jules & John", "Chez Jules" and "Les Comptoirs d'Alice".
