Capgemini: AMF visa for Altran tender offer

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that, pursuant to its clearance decision dated 14 October it has granted visa (n° 19-489) on the note regarding the tender offer for Altran Technologies shares prepared by Capgemini.


Information relating to Altran's legal, financial and accounting characteristics has been filed with the AMF. The reponse note is available on both the company's and the AMF's websites.
