Veolia: BlackRock falls below 5% threshold
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on July 31 it crossed below the thresholds of 5% of Veolia's capital and voting rights and held 4.
99% of the capital and voting rights of the utilities group.
The U.S.-based asset management giant explained that this threshold crossing was the result of an off-market sale of Veolia shares and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
