Seb: acquires San Marco coffee machines

(CercleFinance.com) - Groupe SEB has announced the acquisition of La San Marco, a family-owned company of the Massimo Zanetti Beverage Group (MZBG), which produces and distributes professional coffee machines.


Founded in 1920 and described as the Italian icon of professional coffee machines, San Marco manufactures, markets and distributes professional coffee machines and grinders.

Seb says that the company holds numerous patents that give it a significant competitive advantage.
