EssilorLuxottica: acquires GrandVision shares

(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica has announced that, from several shareholders, represented by a single broker, it has acquired 16,902,305 GrandVision shares, or approximately 6.
6% of the issued and outstanding shares, at a price of 28.42 euros per share.

With the GrandVision shares already held, it will now hold 212,106,033 shares of the Dutch chain of optical stores, representing approximately 83.4% of the issued and outstanding shares of the capital of GrandVision on that date.
