Wendel: net income dives to E142.4m in 2023

(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel Group consolidated sales amounted to E7,127.
6m, up 5.7% as reported and up 6.4% in organic terms. At 31 December 2023, NAV was E7,118m, or E160.2 per share.

Group companies contributed a total of E362.1m to net income from continuing operations, group share, up 5.9%, while net income from continuing operations, group share, was E246.9m, up 10.6%.

Net income, group share came to E142.4m, a lot below the E656.3m in 2022, which included the gain on disposal of Cromology (E589.9m).

An ordinary dividend of E4.00 per share for 2023, up +25% on 2022, will be proposed to the Annual General Meeting on 16 May 2024,
