Eurazeo: 8% increase in AUM over 12 months

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo announces assets under management (AUM) of E34.
8bn at end-March 2024, up 8% y-o-y, including fee-generating assets (FPAUM) of E25.6bn (+8% y-o-y).

Also on a year-on-year basis, AUM for third parties (Limited Partners and retail clients) increased by 9% to E24.2bn, while those originating from the balance sheet rose by 4% to E10.6bn.

Management fees came to E100m in Q1 2024, up 4% LFL (+6% excluding base effects linked to catch-up fees and outperformance fees).

The investment company confirms its outlook for 2024, namely a rich and diversified fund-raising program, an increase in the level of disposals over the year, and an affirmation of its leadership in ESG and impact.
