Accor: BlackRock exceeds 5% of share capital
(CercleFinance.com) - On February 27, BlackRock crossed the threshold of 5% of Accor's capital following an increase in the number of shares held as collateral, according to a financial notice published on Monday.
In the document, the world's number one asset manager specifies that it holds, on behalf of its clients and funds, 12,727,291 shares in the French hotel group, representing around 5.2% of the capital and 4.6% of the voting rights.
