Accor: Rubyrock Capital falls below 5% stake

(CercleFinance.com) - Rubyrock Capital Co Ltd, a company controlled at the highest level by JinJiang International Holdings, declared to the AMF that on March 21 it had fallen below the threshold of 5% of Accor's share capital, following the sale of shares on the market.


The declarant stated that, following this crossing, it held 12,410,324 Accor shares representing 23,788,648 voting rights, or 4.92% of the share capital and 7.57% of the voting rights of the French hotel chain.
