L'Oréal: long-term license agreement with Prada

(CercleFinance.com) - Prada and L'Oréal announce the signing of a long-term license agreement for the creation, development and distribution of luxury beauty products for the Prada brand, an agreement that will enable them to provide expertise from their respective sectors.


Cyril Chapuy, President of L'Oréal Luxe said, "This license will give L'Oréal Luxe the ideal complement to its portfolio of iconic brands". It will enter into force on 1 January 2021 after obtaining regulatory authorisations.
